The Witch Hazel within our Anti-Ageing Cleansing Cream is known for containing many components with anti-inflammatory properties. They include gallic acid and tannins which are brilliant at treating inflammatory skin-related issues including Acne, Eczema and Psoriasis. This also means that Witch Hazel is great at treating redness and irritation. Not only that but Witch Hazel is an astringent which means that it causes the tissues in the skin to contract to help temporarily shrink pores while soothing and relieving the skin. Because of this, it prevents bacteria from infecting the skin and reduces occurrence of breakouts and spots.
The Lavender within our brand new Anti-Ageing Cleansing Cream can also prevent spots and breakouts. This is because it unclogs pores and reduces inflammation. Lavender is also great for keeping the skin looking youthful as it gently moisturises the skin, keeping the skin plump and minimising fine lines and wrinkles. As well as this Lavender also promotes healing of the skin tissues and can reduce the appearance of scars.
Lastly, the Olive Fruit Extract within our Anti-Ageing Cream not only cleanses pores but also stimulates the growth of new cells, improves circulation and decreases inflammation. Olive Fruit Extract is a fantastic product for reducing the visible signs of ageing as it helps the skin by slowing melanin production and holds back the enzyme that breaks down skin tissue.
